I am usually not a big nail person. I envy my best friend, Amanda, who always keeps hers looking impeccably painted. I wish I could be like that but within minutes of getting a manicure I have snagged, scraped or chipped a nail. It is incredibly frustrating to never get to look down at pretty nails. But I figured I would give it one more go after obsessing...
